القبول

باستخدامك تطبيق «مصحف الجزم» أو موقع aljazm.com فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. وإن لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدمهما.

ما يقدّمه التطبيق

التطبيق مصحف للقراءة والاستماع، يعرض نصّ القرآن الكريم بخط الجزم وبخطوط أخرى، ويتيح البحث والفهارس والعلامات المرجعية والاستماع إلى التلاوات. وهو مجاني، بلا اشتراكات ولا مشتريات داخلية ولا إعلانات.

الاستخدام المسموح

لك أن تستخدم التطبيق والموقع للقراءة والتعلّم والاستماع استخدامًا شخصيًا.
لا يجوز نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو إعادة نشره أو بيعه، ولا استخراج الخطوط منه.
لا يجوز استخدام التطبيق أو الموقع على نحو يضرّ بهما أو بمستخدميهما.

الملكية الفكرية

خط الجزم السمرقندي من تصميم درويش الناشف، وجميع حقوقه محفوظة، ولا يُستخدم خارج التطبيق والموقع إلا بإذن مكتوب.
نصّ المصحف من مشروع تنزيل، ويُعرض كما هو دون تغيير، وفق شروط ذلك المشروع.
التلاوات من everyayah.com، ولكل قارئ حقوقه.
خط أميري القرآن برخصة SIL OFL.

الدقّة والإبلاغ عن الأخطاء

بُذل الجهد في مراجعة النصّ وعرضه، فإن رأيت خطأً في آية أو في عرض حرف فأبلغنا به على البريد أدناه، ويُصحَّح في أقرب تحديث.

إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق والموقع «كما هما»، دون ضمان من أي نوع لخلوّهما من الأعطال أو لعملهما دون انقطاع. ولا يتحمّل المطوّر مسؤولية أي ضرر ينشأ عن استخدامهما أو عن تعذّر استخدامهما، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.

خدمات الغير

تُجلب التلاوات من everyayah.com، ويُنزَّل التطبيق من Google Play. ولكلٍّ منهما شروطه الخاصة، ولا يتحكّم المطوّر في عملهما.

الخصوصية

لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات عنك. والتفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

التغييرات على هذه الشروط

قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط، فتُنشر في هذه الصفحة ويُحدَّث تاريخها أعلاه. واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث موافقة عليه.

Acceptance

By using the Quran Aljazm app or the aljazm.com website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

What the app provides

The app is a Quran reader: it shows the text of the Holy Quran in the Aljazm typeface and others, with search, indexes, bookmarks and recitations. It is free, with no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no advertising.

Permitted use

You may use the app and the website for personal reading, learning and listening.
You may not copy, modify, republish or sell the app, or extract its typefaces.
You may not use the app or the website in a way that harms them or their users.

Intellectual property

The Quran text is from the Tanzil project and is shown unaltered, under that project's terms.
Recitations are from everyayah.com; each reciter retains their rights.
Amiri Quran typeface under the SIL OFL.

Accuracy and reporting errors

Care has been taken in checking and displaying the text. If you find an error in a verse or in how a letter is shown, report it to the email below and it will be corrected in the next update.

Disclaimer

The app and the website are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind that they are free of faults or will run without interruption. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any damage arising from using them or from being unable to use them.

Third-party services

Recitations are fetched from everyayah.com, and the app is distributed through Google Play. Each has its own terms, and the developer does not control how they operate.

Privacy

The app collects no data about you. See the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated; changes are published on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
